Participation rules

Eligibility comes first

Participation is for adults aged 18 or older who have completed the required eligibility checks. Campaigns and assets may exclude particular countries or persons. US persons and other restricted participants cannot collect stock tokens. Issuer terms and restrictions apply in addition to campaign rules.

Free entry, real locations

You do not need to purchase, trade or hold the Stockwalk community token to enter a drop. Network transaction fees may apply. Visit only during the stated hours, use public access routes, follow the drop’s instructions, and do not trespass.

Allocation and delivery

Each open drop lists the stock tokens available and its remaining reward count. The allocated token quantity is revealed after a successful venue check-in. Reward selection is server-operated and weighted by remaining units. An allocated reward cannot be rerolled. Claim limits, campaign times and expiry are enforced by the service and reward contract. A reward is delivered only when its chain transaction succeeds.

Unclaimed funds and drop closure

The STOCKWALK owner can withdraw unclaimed reward funds at any time, including funds reserved for allocated rewards. This permanently closes the affected drops and cancels their unredeemed allocations and claim vouchers. Tokens already received in your wallet are unaffected.

Stock token rights and risks

Stock tokens are tokenized securities linked to the value of an underlying asset; they are not direct ownership of the underlying company’s shares. Prices can fall and token transfers may be restricted or paused by the issuer. The community token is a separate asset without shareholder rights, guaranteed returns, or entitlement to revenue.

Fair participation

Do not falsify location, manipulate accounts, resell access codes, exploit errors, or interfere with venues or other participants. Claim attempts may be rejected when eligibility, location, inventory or code checks fail. A private claim code may expire, be revoked or reach its usage limit. Sharing a code does not bypass eligibility or campaign rules. Possession of a copied QR code does not create a right to a reward.

Your wallet

You control your wallet and approve every transaction. Review the network, destination and requested action before signing. Stockwalk never asks for a recovery phrase. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Campaign rules
